Health And Social Care
A carer is someone of any age whose life is restricted because they are looking after a friend, relative, partner or person who cannot manage without help, because of illness, age or a disability of any kind.
Carers are also a source of important information as they are close to day to day problems and experience first hand services provided. They are therefore ideally placed to feedback vital information regarding the effectiveness and quality of existing services, and suggest ways of improvement.
Carers can also challenge assumptions and raise awareness of issues facing people living and caring at home - they are therefore well placed to influence planning and policies.
At Aquanet, we are experienced in providing our clients with health and social care recruitment solutions. We provide a comprehensive managed recruitment service utilising high quality and often health care experienced consultants. In essence, this means we are able to manage the health and social care recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent staff for any organisation.
Within the agency there is a Manager, a supervisor and an office assistant. Currently there is a number of Care staff, Kitchen Assistants, Cooks, Support Workers, Domestic and Commercial Cleaners employed by the Agency.
In our carefully selected and vetted staff, we seek to encourage patience, skills, care and compassion.
Our staffs are trained and supervised in order that they can best support service users and maintain trust. The Registered Person is NVQ 4 qualified and has experience over 15 years with all client groups.
